Delete your Rewardo account

Rewardo (com.getrewardo.app)

You can request deletion of your Rewardo account and associated data at any time. Account deletion is handled by our support team (there is no in-app delete button yet).

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to no-reply@getrewardo.com
  2. Use the subject: Rewardo account deletion request
  3. Include the email address used for your Rewardo account
  4. Confirm that you want the account and associated data deleted

What we delete

  • Parent/child account credentials and profile information
  • Family links, child profiles, avatars you uploaded
  • Tasks, points history, rewards activity tied to the account
  • Push notification tokens and app settings for that account

What may be retained

We may keep limited records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons (for example transaction/subscription records) for a limited period, then delete or anonymize them.

Timing

After we verify the request, we aim to delete or anonymize account data within 30 days (usually sooner).
