Rewardo ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Rewardo mobile application and related website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Rewardo.

By using Rewardo, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Rewardo is designed for families. Parent or guardian accounts manage the Service. Child profiles are created and controlled by parents or guardians. We do not knowingly allow children to create independent accounts without parental involvement.

Depending on how you use Rewardo, we may collect:

• Account information: email address, name, password (stored in hashed form), and authentication data.
• Family and child profile data: child display names, avatars, ages or age ranges (if provided), tasks, rewards, points, streaks, and progress.
• Usage data: app interactions, device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.
• Device and notification data: device identifiers used for push notifications (for example FCM tokens), when you enable notifications.
• Support communications: messages you send us for help or feedback.

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Rewardo Service.
• Create and manage parent accounts and child profiles.
• Track tasks, points, rewards, streaks, and related family activity.
• Send service-related notifications (for example task reminders or reward requests), when enabled.
• Diagnose technical issues, prevent abuse, and keep the Service secure.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important Service updates.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Where required by law (for example under the GDPR), we process personal data based on one or more of the following: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Service), consent (where we ask for it), and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these cases:

• Service providers: trusted vendors that help us host, store, analyze, authenticate, or send notifications (bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms).

Rewardo is a family app. Child profiles are intended to be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country) for independent commercial use without verifiable parental consent and control. Parents can review, update, or delete child profile information through the parent account or by contacting us.

If you believe we have collected information from a child inconsistently with this Policy, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain data longer when required for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate business records. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Parents may request access to or deletion of child profile data linked to their account.

Rewardo may be distributed through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or similar platforms. Those stores have their own privacy practices. This Policy covers Rewardo's Service; it does not control third-party store policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy, where permitted by law.
